YSA Pop-Up Skatepark & Fundraiser at Westside Bowl - All Ages - $10 Admission

  • Westside Bowl westside bowl Youngstown, OH, 44503 United States (map)

The Youngstown Skatepark Association presents A Night of Music, Fun & Community, a family‑friendly fundraising event supporting the construction of a free public skatepark in Youngstown. The evening will feature live performances from local and regional artists, items for auction, basket raffles, a vendor market, and participation from community groups and small businesses.

The event takes place on Saturday, November 21, from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with $10 admission granting full access to all activities. All proceeds benefit the Youngstown Skatepark Association (YSA), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to building a free, high‑quality public skatepark in the City of Youngstown.

In collaboration with Westside Bowl, this community-focused fundraising event will temporarily transform an outdoor section of the venue into a skatepark designed for skateboards, BMX bikes, scooters, in-line skates, and roller skates.

The event will create a safe and welcoming environment for riders of all ages and skill levels, while raising awareness and support for YSA's mission to develop and maintain a free, public skatepark in the city of Youngstown. By activating the park in this way, we aim to showcase how a dedicated skatepark can bring new energy, recreation opportunities, and community engagement to this public space.

No individual will be permitted to ride without a completed waiver on file. Participants under the age of 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.

  • Helmets are mandatory for riders under 18 and are strongly recommended for adults. Additional protective gear, including knee and elbow pads, is highly encouraged. Children under the age of 14 must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian. Participation is ride-at-your-own-risk, and children under the age of three are not permitted to participate.

Participants must bring their own helmet, safety gear, and riding equipment.

Parent/guardian must show valid driver’s license for waiver.

Community members of all skill levels are encouraged to attend, ride, or spectate.
